February 1996 Zhong Yi was established to be a partnership law firm.

March 1996 Zhong Fang Shanghai Real Estate Development Co. , Hai Tong Securities Co., Ltd etc. were the first clients of Zhong Yi.

January 1997 Zhong Yi began to provide free legal consulting service for residents of Kang Jian residential quarters.

March 1997 In order to enlarge Zhong yi, a group of young lawyers with great academic achievements joined Zhong Yi.

April 1998 Zhong Yi made a triumph on trustship transfer of baseball/softball stadium, which was the first time in China

May 1998 Zhong Yi was invited by Shanghai East Radio Station to be honorable guest for the program of “Real Estate at 2:30”.

September 1998 Managing Director of Zhong Yi – Wang Xiaomi lawyer participated in Southwest Society of Law in US.

December 1998 Zhong Yi was awarded “Model Unit of Excellent Female in Pudong new area” by Pudong Working Committee on Children and Women

January 1999 Zhong Yi was invited by Shanghai East Radio Station to be honorable guest for the program of “Oriental Barristers”.

December 1999 Lawyer Lin Mao was dispatched by Zhong Yi to pursue Master’s degree in University of Technology, Sydney (Australia).

December 1999 Zhong Yi was awarded “Civilized Law Firm” by Shanghai Justice Bureau of Pudong New area.

May 2000 Zhong Yi was engaged to be long-term legal counsel of Shanghai COSCO Liang Wan Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. - the first project of COSRED

April 2001 Zhong Yi set up a new office in Zhang Jiang Hi-Tech Park.

September 2001 Lawyer Zhang Bin and Lawyer Kong Xiang Jun were respectively dispatched to the University of Manchester and University of Aberdeen to pursue Master’s and Doctor’s degrees.

September 2001 Zhong Yi specialized its professionals into two parts, real estate and construction department and corporation law department.

October 2001 Zhong Yi was engaged to be long-term legal counsel of Shanghai Chainstore Association.

November 2001 It’s the first time that Zhong Yi attended 4th Annual Franchise China Conference & Exhibition, which was sponsored by China Chainstore and Franchise Association (CCFA) and Global Source. Managing Director of Zhong Yi was invited to be panel of speaker on law forum of Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai.

December 2001 Zhong Yi was appointed to be the only law firm to attend “Shanghai Xuhui Real Estate Exhibition and Trade” in Hongkong, which was sponsored by Shanghai Housing and Land Resources Administration and Shanghai Municipality of Xuhui District.

December 2001 Wang Xiaomi- Managing Director of Zhong Yi was especially invited to be the honorable guest in program “Famous Lawyer Sit in Court”, which was hosted by “Oriental legislation” website.

January 2002 Zhong Yi was moved to new office locating in Pudong new area.

September 2002 Lawyer Li Ying was dispatched to the University of Manchester in UK to pursue Master’s degree.
